ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m an online producer and journalist at Al Jazeera English based in Doha, Qatar. For the website, I cover international politics and current affairs across Europe, the Middle East and North America. I have reported on the ground from Canada, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Turkey, Lebanon, occupied Palestinian territories and Israel.

Prior to joining Al Jazeera in Doha, I worked as a freelance journalist mostly in Bosnia & Herzegovina and the occupied Palestinian territories including the Gaza strip. I produced both articles and social videos.

My work has been published in Al Jazeera English, Al Jazeera America, Al Jazeera Balkans, AJ+, Canadian Dimension, CBC, Deutsche Welle, Middle East Eye and Mondoweiss.

I’m a graduate of the University of Toronto where I completed a BA (Hons) degree with a specialisation in journalism and a major in French language.

I speak English, French, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian fluently.
